Battle & Minion strategies
Always fight a minion to your advantage, e.g, You: Fire Enemy: Wind. This way they are easier to kill.
When merging a minion, you should always take your base minion, and merge it with a minion with the type advantage. e.g Fire / Water type. This way, you'll find that you have no real weakness and can fight any sort of minion.
The more the merrier. The minions you have, the easier Bosses will be. You can't ever rely on one strong minion.
When facing the Skele-Dragon (Can't rightly remeber its name) never use attack or magic. Make sure the minion you are using knows HP absorb. HP absorb is the only technique that damages the minion.

The Some people think the eternal corrido is never ending. Well they're wrong. The eternal corridor ends after around 75 corridors have been completed. To do this, collect loads of money and stock up on:
20 Mugworts
20 Meta-Mugworts
20 Bitter Mugworts
20 Tendai Uyaku (If not 20 as many as you can afford)
20 of each of the Shab Liquors
#* Rings of Death
* # = any number- These don't reaaly matter.
Seeing as there are no save points in the eternal corridor, prepare for over 4 hours of gameplay.

In town
Always stock up on Shab Liquors, Mugwort Herbs, and Powders when in town. Without these, you'll almost certainly be destroyed after about 1/2 an hour venturing in a forest.
Visit Mahbu as often as you can: She purifies fly cocoons, and heals you and your minions all in one when she performs Nagi Magic.
Talk with Phio Just before you attempt to leave the house at the very beggining. She gives you 50 yan.
After the Dragonfly forest is finished, go and talk to Yajako, who tells you to tell Kelmar to come home and do his chores. Go to the Watchtower, and speak to Kelmar again and again, until a box come up at the top, and you have the option to give him the message. If you do, as soon as you have completed spider forest part I, talk to Yajako. He will give you a very useful weapon called the LifeStealer- for free!

To capture Apartron, one of the games best minions, when Koris is instructing you in the beetle forest, ask him how to catch minions. After the Scenario, he will give you it as a gift.
